Hold fast to wisdom, strong and true,

A guiding light, a path in view.

A treasure bright, a jewel to wear,

A life adorned with holy care.

With steady steps, no fear, no flight,

For wisdom walks in truth and light.

No sudden storm, no darkened sky,

Can shake the one who trusts on high.

Sweet is the sleep of those who rest,

In God’s embrace, forever blessed.

Their hearts are still, their souls at peace,

For fear and doubt at wisdom cease.

Give when you can, hold not too tight,

Let kindness shine as morning light.

A helping hand, a word made whole,

Will heal a wound and lift a soul.

Turn from envy, flee deceit,

Do not desire the scorner’s seat.

For pride will fall, but grace will rise,

God lifts the humble, the wise He guides.

The wicked boast, their wealth decays,

Their fleeting strength, a passing haze.

But honor waits for those who trust,

In paths of wisdom, pure and just.

So walk secure, in mercy stand,

Hold fast to God’s unshaken hand.
